1. Business Transformation

  • RMS Complex Proposal Implementation
  • RMS Huron Student and Employee Interface for IRB
  • Facilities Program Management Implementation
  • Implementation of ServiceNow for all support teams
  • Efficiently Supported HR Leave Management in implementing Dovetail Case Management Software, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Worked with the president’s office and the HR department to create a Total Rewards Statement in PeopleSoft for every benefited employee. All the configurations are set up and already in production
  • Implementation of System Support's Security DocuSign process which was rolled out to hundreds of departments
  • Developed and Implemented Data Migration Architecture Process
  • Scalable data architecture for automated reporting and analytics

2. Process Improvement & Standardization

    • RMS Huron 10.0 Upgrade
    • RMS SF424 Form Upgrade
    • AiM upgrade to 13.1
    • AiM SSO Implementation
    • SmartSheets
      • Selected and Implemented Smartsheet as a standard Program/Project management tool as a result of an in-depth analysis.
      • Tested/Selected and implemented Project/Program Management module in SmartSheet
      • Automated Status reporting for 1on1s in SmartSheet
    • Analytics Structure
      • Moved from Tableau to Power Bi, saving the organization 30-40k in the first year and over six figures annually after that.
      • Created several gateways to connect to our databases and SharePoint sites to automate all the reports, eliminating all the operational work.
      • Created a security matrix structure that will helps the analytics team limit access to the users depending upon which business area or department they should have access to.

3. Operational Support

    • Continue Serving as a Liaison between UITS and Designated UMass Chan A&F Departments: Finance and Facilities Data Systems Support:
      • Campus Project Manager for PeopleSoft Upgrade
      • Campus Security Administrator for PeopleSoft as well as other Designated Systems
      • Campus Data Guardian for PeopleSoft Finance and Other Systems Support Duties including Interfaces, Reporting, Month-end and Year-end support
    • Chair Several Systems Governance Committees such as Aim Governance and Huron Governance Committees
