Sick Leave Bank

The Sick Leave Bank (SLB) program is available to non-union, SHARE and NAGE employees. It is designed to assist employees with a bridge of income between accrued time off and long-term disability benefits. Employees must contribute 16 hours of sick time to the bank in order to enroll.

Enrollment Information

You may enroll after one year of employment and the attainment of one week of sick time (pro-rated for part-time service).
