Other Faculty Appointments describe the individuals other than Employed Faculty who are appointed to the UMass Chan Faculty.  These individuals are described as "Voluntary Faculty" in the current APP.  This includes Affiliate Faculty, Adjunct Faculty, Visiting Faculty, and a new category, Professional Staff. For these individuals, the APP defines their conditions of appointment but not their conditions of employment. All indivisduals with Other Faculty Appointments are reappointed annually.
