The vote is by the “Faculty-at-Large”, defined in the campus Governance Document as, "the employed (full and part-time) faculty of UMW”. This definition includes all faculty members employed by UMass Chan, UMMHC (or its related organizations), or an external foundation or agency (e.g., HHMI or VA). It does not include voluntary or visiting faculty.
