Lab Alumni

Nicholas was Caterina's Master's student in Switzerland and moved to UMass Chan when the lab started. He was instrumental in developing several HIV-1 particle tracking methods used in the lab, was an avid and expert user of OMERO, and was one of the first alpha testers of the OMEGA particle tracking software. 

Nicholas is now a Senior Scientist at Merk.

Vanni joined the lab at its onset, developed the prototype OMEGA software, and was instrumental in installing our first instance of the OMERO server.

Vanni is currently a Faculty Member at the University of Applied Arts and Sciences of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI).
