Bao is working on the intersection of sex, steroid hormones, and immunity in the Drosophila immune response.

Lauren Majors is a jointly mentored student with Dr. Jennifer Wang. Lauren’s project is focused on SR-B1, a scavenger receptor and lipid transporter, and its role in viral infection.

Molly's project is focused on the innate immune responses to DNA virus infection in Drosophila.
